The AEF Innovative Teaching Grant for 2026-2027 is available starting September 15, 2026.

Innovative Teaching Grants are designed to encourage and facilitate unique and creative instructional approaches to accomplish Aldine ISD academic goals and meet students’ instructional needs. The Aldine Education Foundation offers campus teachers the opportunity to apply for grants up to $1,000 to support innovative projects that encourage higher levels of student learning. Attendance at the Aldine Education Foundation Innovative Teaching Grant Workshop is a prerequisite to access the application.

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY FOR AEF GRANTS: Applicants must be a Texas Education Agency-certified campus teacher or Instructional Literacy Specialist (Librarian) in Aldine ISD.

GRANT AMOUNT: Up to $1,000

REQUIREMENT: Applicants are required to attend one (1) AEF Innovative Teaching Grant application workshop.  Please register for one of the dates below. You will receive a Google Meet calendar invitation.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE: October 23, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.
LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
