Each year, Aldine Education Foundation (AEF) awards scholarships to graduating Aldine ISD seniors to attend the college of their choice. In 2022, we awarded 242 AEF scholarships totaling $572,500.
2023 Eligibility
- Applicants must be graduating seniors of a high school within Aldine ISD in Houston, TX during the 2022-2023 school year.
- Applicants must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (collegiate GPA).
- Applicants must plan on attending an accredited college, university, community college, or technical/trade school.
- Applicants are required to meet with a high school counselor to discuss this scholarship program. The application requires documentation of this meeting by completing, scanning, and uploading a form into the system once the application goes live.
All applications must be completed through our online system. Further instructions and requirements are detailed throughout the application. Read each question THOROUGHLY and answer to the best of your ability. These are COMPETITIVE applications with limited funding – do your best and follow all instructions!
